elisa hein (she/her) is a seasoned health coach and personal trainer with a specialty in movement patterns, functional aging, and pelvic floor health.
Elisa believes that exercise should be accessible and enjoyable for everyone, no matter their body type or age. She’s been working in the industry since 2004 and has over 30,000 hours logged of hands-on coaching experience.
Â
In her opinion, exercise and being active is more fun with others. In 2008 she completed the Arizona Ironman and continues to participate in other running and biking endurance events for fun, but mostly to hang out with her friends.
Elisa wasn’t always active. As a kid, she was what you might call “pleasantly plump”, and spent most of her time watching “YO, MTV Raps”. She enjoys living a healthy lifestyle and tries to be a little bit better each day. She believes fitness is about how you feel as well as how you move, and health is about choices that are made daily.
